Venbit Analytics · website analytics for small business
See your visits, your leads and your Google rankings in one place
Website analytics for small business owners, not marketers. It answers the question you actually have, which is whether the marketing is working: who came, what they did, which ones became leads, and whether the ads paid for themselves.
Free for Venbit clients. No public price yet, and we say so rather than hide it.
What you actually get
The leads and the rankings, in the same place as the visits
Google Analytics tells you sessions and engagement rate. It cannot tell you that a plumber in Everett got six phone taps from one ad on Tuesday. This can, because the rankings, the visits and the leads sit in one database.
A leads inbox, not a conversions number
Every form submission and phone tap, stored outside the email path, with the page and the source it came from. When a customer says they filled out your form, you can look.
Did the ads work? A plain verdict
The click id in the landing URL says which ad platform sent the visit. We keep it with the lead, so you see Google Ads leads, Meta leads, and organic leads as separate counts.
What one person actually did
Landed here, read to the bottom, opened the form, gave up at the phone field. Journeys show the pattern a chart never will. Names appear only when someone gives you one.
Friction, ranked by people
Rage clicks, dead clicks, form errors and broken links, ranked by how many different people hit each one rather than how often it fired.
A heatmap on your real pages
Where people click and how far they scroll, drawn over a screenshot of the page as it is now.
Google rankings next to the leads
Track the searches you care about and see the position beside that week's visits and leads. A ranking gain is only worth what it moved.
An app that taps you on the shoulder
The iOS app pushes a notification the moment a lead arrives, with the message in it. The weekly feed shows the wins.
No cookie banner needed
One script tag. No cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no personal data sold. Bots are excluded before anything is counted.
How it works
Installed in an afternoon, read in a minute
One script tag
We add it to your site, or you paste it in. It weighs less than a photo and does not slow the page.
We count people, not bots
Automation traffic is dropped before it reaches a report, which is why our visit counts run lower than the estimators claim.
Open the app
Visits, leads, rankings, journeys, and the verdict on your ads, on the web or on your phone.
What it will not do
It will not name anonymous visitors, estimate a competitor's traffic, or replace a marketing team's GA4 reports. Those are different tools.
What it is for
An owner who wants to know, on a Friday, whether this week's spend produced customers, without learning a new vocabulary.
Read the definitions
Every number links to what it means and how it is measured. Nothing is a black box.

How much does website analytics cost?
Google Analytics is free. Plausible, Fathom and similar hosted tools run roughly $9 to $19 a month for a small site at the time of writing. Venbit Analytics is included free for Venbit clients, and there is no public price yet. We would rather say that plainly than hide it behind a form.
What is a free alternative to Google Analytics?
Microsoft Clarity, GoatCounter and Cloudflare Web Analytics are free and simpler than GA4. None of them stores your actual leads or shows your Google rankings beside your visits, which is the part a small business owner usually wants. Our comparison article covers each one honestly, including what ours cannot do.
Is there a way to see who visits your website?
Not by name, for local and consumer traffic, and anyone selling that is overselling. You can see what an anonymous visitor did, where they came from, their city and device, and the moment they name themselves by filling out a form or tapping your phone number. That is what journeys show.
How do I find out how many people visit my website?
If you have Google Search Console, it shows clicks from Google for free. Your host's stats page usually counts everything including bots, so it runs high. Any analytics script gives you the real number; ours excludes automation first, so expect a lower and truer count than an estimator tool.
Does it replace Google Analytics?
For most small businesses, yes. If you run a large ecommerce store with a marketing team that lives in GA4 reports, keep GA4. If you want to know whether the phone rang because of the ads, this is the simpler answer, and the two can run side by side.
Do I need a cookie banner for it?
Not for this. It sets no cookies and stores no cross-site identifiers. Whether your site needs a banner for other reasons depends on what else runs on it and who visits; our guide on cookie banners for small business websites walks through it, and it is not legal advice.
