What we detect

One lookup, the whole stack

Platform & CMS

What the site actually runs on: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or a custom build, with the version when the site exposes it.

WordPress theme & plugins

WordPress sites leak their toolkit in every page load. We read the theme and every plugin the homepage loads, from Elementor to Yoast, each with its real name and icon.

Analytics & marketing tags

The trackers and tools watching visitors: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, chat widgets, email platforms, booking tools, and the pixels feeding their ad campaigns.

Frameworks & libraries

The code under the hood: React, Next.js, Vue, jQuery, Bootstrap, and the rest. A quick read on whether the site is modern or coasting on 2012 tech.

IP, hosting & CDN

The server IP, the company that owns it, the web server software, and whether a CDN like Cloudflare sits in front. Useful before any migration or takeover conversation.

Nameservers & DNS

Where the domain's DNS actually lives, which tells you who really controls the site's front door and where to go when something needs to change.

Registrar & domain dates

Who the domain is registered with, when it was first registered, and when it expires. The registration year alone tells you how established a competitor really is.

Email provider

Whether the business runs on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or something else, read straight from the domain's public mail records.

How it works

Read from public signals, nothing installed

1

Enter any address

Yours, a competitor's, or a site you admire. We read one public page the way any browser does. Nothing gets installed and nothing logs in.

2

We fingerprint the stack

The page's code, scripts, response headers, DNS records, and the public domain registry, matched against known signatures.

3

Unlock the full report

Drop in your email and the whole picture opens up: every technology with its logo, the hosting and domain facts, and the complete plugin list.

Fair questions

The things people ask before they hit the button

Is it actually free?

Yes. No trial, no card, no catch. We rebuild and migrate sites for clients every week, and knowing what a site runs on is step one of that work. A lookup that genuinely helps you is the best marketing we have.

Can I check a site I don't own?

Yes. Everything we read is public: the same code, headers, and DNS records any browser sees. Checking what a competitor runs on is one of the oldest moves in the book.

How accurate is it?

Very accurate for what a page exposes: platforms, plugins, and tags announce themselves in the code. What it cannot see is anything server-side only, like a plugin that never loads on public pages. So treat the list as the floor, not the ceiling.

Is the lookup safe for the site?

Completely. We read one public page plus public DNS and registry records, the way any visitor or search engine does. Nothing on the site is touched, probed, or changed.

Why do you show WordPress plugins?

Because they tell the real story of a site: its page builder, its SEO tooling, its forms, its security posture. If you are sizing up a competitor or inheriting a site from another developer, the plugin list is the map.

What do you do with my email?

You use it to unlock the report, and that is it. No drip sequence, no follow-up campaign, and your address never gets sold or shared.
