Lynnwood Web Design

Web design in Lynnwood, Washington, serving Snohomish County from our Mill Creek office.

Lynnwood businesses we build for range from an industrial distributor on 196th Street to auto shops on Highway 99 and restaurants working the Alderwood and City Center crowds. O-Rings West runs on one of our sites, and every site we build here is measured the same way: does a search turn into a quote, an order or a visit.

The Lynnwood market

Built for how Lynnwood actually does business

Lynnwood is the retail center of southwest Snohomish County. The Alderwood mall, anchored by Nordstrom, Macy's, and JCPenney with the open-air Village and Terraces sections, anchors a retail sector that employs around 7,000 people and generates roughly half the city's tax revenue. Beyond the mall, big-box stores and auto dealers line the corridors, and the largest non-retail employers are the Edmonds School District, the city government, and ADP. Zumiez is headquartered here.

The big shift is transit. Lynnwood City Center station opened in 2024 as the northern end of the Link light rail 1 Line, making it the largest transit hub in southwest Snohomish County and a one-seat ride to Seattle. The city is building out a designated City Center district between the station and Alderwood, which is changing the customer base from drive-in shoppers toward denser, mixed-use development. Edmonds College sits nearby and feeds students and staff into the local economy.

What web design looks like for a Lynnwood business

Lynnwood is one of the most competitive commercial corridors in Snohomish County, with auto row on Highway 99, dozens of restaurants along 44th and 196th, and a hotel cluster marketing to price-conscious Seattle travelers. Businesses here are compared side by side in Google Maps and aggregator sites, so a dated site costs real conversions. The new City Center light rail station is also pulling in development and creating a second commercial identity for the city.

Retail

Alderwood and the surrounding big-box and dealer corridors drive about half the city's tax base.

Straight pricing

What web design costs for a Lynnwood business

Most small business websites we build run $2,500 to $15,000. A focused brochure site for a Lynnwood business sits near the low end; ecommerce, booking, or custom tools push toward the high end. Fixed price in writing before we start, and you own the site.

Our approach in Lynnwood

What we focus on for a Lynnwood business

01

Industrial and B2B suppliers

O-Rings West sells to engineers and purchasing agents, so its site gives them material tables, size charts and a quote form; that is what we built. A distributor or manufacturer needs the same: specs a buyer can find in two clicks, certifications stated plainly, and a quote path.

02

Highway 99 auto and service businesses

Highway 99 through Lynnwood carries dozens of dealers, from Pierre Ford and Lynnwood Honda to a run of independent lots and repair shops. An independent shop gets a site that lists services and hours, books an appointment from a phone, shows reviews, and pulls in inventory if you sell cars.

03

Alderwood, City Center and the train

Lynnwood City Center station opened in August 2024, and Edmonds College sits on 68th Avenue with more than 6,000 students. Restaurants, gyms and services around Alderwood and the station get a site that puts hours, the menu or price list, and directions from the platform on the first screen.

Lynnwood questions

Questions from Lynnwood owners

Straight answers about web design for Lynnwood businesses. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will give it to you straight.

Ask the team

$2,500 to $15,000. A repair shop, restaurant or single-location service with a handful of pages, booking and reviews sits toward the lower end. A distributor with product tables, spec sheets and a quote workflow, or a dealer with inventory, is a custom build, and most of those land between $6,000 and $15,000. The number is fixed in writing before any work starts. A distributor who adds a second product line halfway through pays for the extra pages, and nothing else changes.

Kickoff to launch is four to eight weeks, with a distributor's product-heavy site at the long end. For a distributor the first job is getting the product data clean; the writing, design and build follow, and you review everything on a private link. Approvals and photos are what slow a site down, so name one person who can sign off, and get us photos of the shop floor or the warehouse early.

Yes. Highway 99 is about 15 minutes from our office at 16212 Bothell Everett Highway in Mill Creek, and the first meeting and the design review happen at your shop, store or warehouse. You are welcome at our office as well, and some clients do the rest by video call. The two or three people you meet are the ones who write, design and build it.

That is what the structure is for. Every service you offer gets a page of its own, and there is a page for Alderwood, north Lynnwood and each of the towns you draw from, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Mill Creek, Brier and Bothell, where they apply. A distributor's site with big product tables still has to load fast on a phone, and it does. Your address and phone read identically everywhere, and your reviews and Business Profile feed into it. We will not promise a position, and on the first call we separate the searches a new site can win from the ones that need monthly SEO.

Yes. A mark on its own is a few hundred dollars. A full identity, with signage, vehicle and print files, runs to a few thousand. It is easiest to do before the site so the storefront on Highway 99 and the website match. We also manage Google Ads at $500 to $2,000 a month plus ad spend, which is the quickest way to get calls while a new site earns its rankings.

You own it outright: the domain in your name, the site, the content and the photos, so nothing is held over you. Upkeep starts at $99 a month. That is hosting, security updates, backups, and changes like a new product line or a price update, made by the same people who built it. If your own staff will maintain it, we hand over every login and spend a session showing them the product tables.

Custom. We hand-build for Lynnwood businesses so the site is fast, unique to you, and easy to rank. Templates are slower, generic, and harder to stand out with.

Most projects run four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on size. We give you a real timeline up front, not a guess.

Yes, mobile-first. Most of your Lynnwood traffic is on a phone, so we design for that screen before the desktop one.

Completely. You own the domain, the site, and the content. No lock-in and no holding your site hostage.
