If a proof has been approved, the order unfortunately cannot be canceled.

Please email support@venbit.com with your order number and we will investigate where your package is.

Yes, so as long as you have not approved your final proof. Change order fees can be applicable.

Simply visit your account and send a re-order or email support@venbit.com.

Common design questions

A design fee is the price for creating a design.

A proof is a digital image of what your product will look like. You will need to approve a proof before going to print.

Unless the design has additional changes, there are no design fees on re-orders.

A responsive website is a website that conforms and changes depending on the screen size of the user.

Venbit does not “lease” or “rent” websites. All websites are owned by their respective owners upon completion of the project.
